We require an advance deposit of the first night's stay plus tax. There is a one week prior to arrival cancellation
policy. Reservation cancelled before the one week arrival period will recieve a refund minus a $15 cancel fee.
Reservations cancelled within the one week period will forfeit the first night advance deposit.
